I think God is. He is the only guy there can light up the world with a smile, with out think if there are some bad guys among the people. he also says in the bible I am the light of the world. but that can mean a lot of things, and a lot of peole think, why is'int he doing anything when there is so much evel in the world? what would you anwser if aperson asked you that question.
